Taylor Momsen or better known as Jenny Humphrey from the hit show 'Gossip Girl', is one of the youngest style icon to hit the fashion world by storm. Her 80’s grunge/goth chic look has critics all over contemplating if this young starlet has what it takes in the style department or if she should stop dressing up like it's Halloween everyday.
It comes as no surprise that today’s young Hollywood starlets are able to manage more than one ambition at a time. At just 16, Taylor is an actress, the lead singer of her band 'The Pretty Reckless', and she is also signed under IMG Models.
Voted as one of People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People, Taylor Momsen first started out as a little girl in television commercials as most child actors do before hitting puberty. She also had a part in ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’, where she acted alongside Jim Carrey.
Momsen also tried out for 'Hannah Montana' but she lost the role to Miley Cyrus. But it was herpart in 'Gossip Girl' as little Jenny Humphrey, that caught the attention of viewers.
