Elizabeth Hurley finds it easier to eat healthily living in the country. The model-and-actress - who now lives full-time in her Gloucestershire estate with husband Arun Nayer and seven-year-old son Damian - says her diet is a lot more balanced now she no longer resides in London. She said: 'Before Damian, I had time to think carefully about what I ate but it's a lot harder once you're a mum. I've had periods of just grabbing what I can standing by the fridge. Since moving to the country it's got easier to fall back into better eating habits. Today for breakfast I had two poached eggs, wheat-free pumpernickel and a cup of very strong tea.' The 44-year-old beauty is releasing her own range of low-calorie snacks and credits them with her helping her remain in shape. She told Britain's OK! magazine: 'I like to snack but there's not a lot out there that isn't fattening. All my products are under 100 calories a pop and I've actually lost weight since having access to them. Since getting the first samples, I haven't had my hand in the bread basket or the biscuit tin where it quite likes to be!'
