Nicole Richie has created a credit-crunch friendly jewellery collection with funds from one bracelet going to a children's charity for disadvantaged children.

Nicole Richie has created a credit-crunch friendly jewellery collection. The reality TV star - who recently gave birth to her second child, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, and has a 21-month-old daughter Harlow with partner Joel Madden - has managed to find time to produce an exclusive collection of House of Harlow 1960 jewels for website Bebe.com. The jewellery - which comes at an affordable price, with items ranging from $38 - has a hippy vibe and is in a similar style to her fashion line, House of Harlow 1960. The 28-year-old socialite also teamed up with the retailer to create a $25 bracelet where a percentage of the sales will go to the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation which helps bring more opportunities to disadvantaged children around the world. The jewellery line will be launched and sold on Bebe.com from November 12. The American TV personality recently launched her own womenswear label Winter Kate - taking inspiration from daughter Harlow's middle names - and spoke of her desire to make fashion accessible for everyone. She said: 'That was my philosophy when designing House of Harlow 1960 and it remains my philosophy for Winter Kate.'
